The Applied Aquablaster Xtreme 100 is a game-changing vapour blasting machine designed for maximum flexibility. Built on the success of the Applied Classic range, this innovative sand blasting machine can transform instantly from dry blasting to wet blasting, making it ideal for contractors and restoration specialists who need both options in a single unit.
In wet blasting mode, the reduced heat and friction make it perfect for delicate jobs such as car restoration, boat cleaning, and woodwork, where standard grit blasting could cause damage. In dry blasting mode, it performs like a traditional shot blasting or sand blasting system, tackling rust, paint, primer and contamination with ease. With a continuous blast time of around 40 minutes, the Aquablaster Xtreme 100 offers minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Applied blasting pots are high-quality, Irish-made units built to a robust, long-life standard using 6mm European rolled steel - far superior to cheaper, thin-steel pots manufactured outside Europe.

Compact professional blasting with precise pressure control — ideal for restoration, paint removal, rust removal, wood, stone, metal and delicate surface preparation.
Power Rating: ⭐⭐
Air Consumption: Approx. 19.4 CFM / 550 L/min at 7 bar
Operating Pressure: Adjustable from 0.5 to 7.8 bar
Abrasive Capacity: 8 litres
Nozzle: 3 mm × 60 mm divergent tungsten carbide nozzle
Weight: Just 25 kg
Versions: Sabix 8 Base or Sabix 8 VR
The FEVI Sabix 8 is a compact professional sandblasting machine designed for jobs where control, portability and low air consumption are more important than maximum blasting power.
Its adjustable pressure makes it ideal for working across a wide variety of surfaces, from removing rust and coatings from metal through to controlled blasting of wood, stone, brick and other more delicate materials.
With an airflow requirement of only around 19.4 CFM at 7 bar, the Sabix 8 can operate from a much smaller compressor than conventional blast pots, creating a highly portable professional blasting setup.
Available in Base and VR configurations, the Sabix 8 can be specified for general blasting and restoration work or upgraded for greater abrasive control when using very fine media.
Which version do you need?
SABIX 8 BASE - GENERAL BLASTING & RESTORATION
The best choice for most general applications including rust removal, paint stripping, surface preparation, wood, stone and restoration work.
The Base combines adjustable blasting pressure with a compact 8 litre pot, remote-control blasting gun and abrasive regulation.

Professional blasting with integrated abrasive recovery and dust extraction — ideal for workshops, maintenance, restoration and controlled blasting where keeping the surrounding area clean matters.
Power Rating: ⭐⭐⭐
Airflow Required: Approx. 25–71 CFM / 700–2,000 L/min at 7 bar
Operating Pressure: Adjustable from 2.5–7.8 bar
Abrasive Capacity: 24 litres
Nozzle: 4 mm tungsten carbide nozzle
Abrasive Recovery: Integrated cyclone recovery system
Vacuum: 1,500 W single-phase extraction unit
The FEVI Pressure Base is a professional pressure blasting machine with an integrated abrasive recovery and dust extraction system.
Instead of allowing abrasive and dust to spread around the working area, the blasting head works in contact with the surface. The surrounding brush helps contain the blast while the extraction system recovers the used abrasive and removed material.
A built-in cyclone then separates reusable abrasive from dust and waste, allowing suitable abrasive to be returned to the blasting system and used again.
This makes the Pressure Base particularly useful for workshops, factories, maintenance teams, restoration businesses and indoor environments where traditional open blasting would create excessive dust, abrasive and preparation work.
Why choose the Pressure Base?
Recover & reuse abrasive
The integrated recovery system collects abrasive as you blast.
A cyclone separates reusable abrasive from dust and removed material, helping reduce abrasive consumption and waste.
Greatly reduced dust & mess
The recovery head works directly against the surface while the vacuum simultaneously removes abrasive and dust.
This makes it particularly useful for indoor work and locations where containing conventional open blasting would be difficult.
Less area preparation
Because abrasive is recovered at the blasting head, significantly less screening and containment may be required compared with conventional free blasting.
Controlled local blasting
Ideal for treating specific areas rather than blasting an entire component or structure.
The operator can concentrate blasting on welds, corrosion, paint, coatings or individual areas requiring surface preparation.
Professional pressure blasting
Unlike simple suction recovery systems, the Pressure Base uses a 24 litre pressure blast pot to provide strong and consistent abrasive delivery.
Abrasive separation
The integrated cyclone separates reusable abrasive from fine dust and contamination before returning it to the system, helping maintain blasting performance and extend abrasive life.
Where does the recovery system work best?
The Pressure Base works best where the brush around the blasting head can maintain good contact with the surface.
Flat and gently curved surfaces are therefore particularly well suited to recovery blasting.
For highly irregular surfaces, complex shapes, corners or areas where the recovery head cannot seal effectively, the optional free-blast conversion kit allows the machine to be used as a conventional blasting system.
