CoolBlast Terms and Conditions of Sale
Business Sales
Unless otherwise stated, all products supplied by CoolBlast are sold for business use. Consumer rights relating to distance selling and change-of-mind returns may not apply to business customers.
Warranty Procedure
Where a product is believed to be faulty, CoolBlast and/or the manufacturer must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect, diagnose and, where appropriate, repair or replace the product before a refund is considered.
Customers must not return products without prior written authorisation from CoolBlast.
Repairs, Replacements & Refunds
Our aim is to resolve any genuine manufacturing fault as quickly as possible. Depending on the nature of the issue, the manufacturer may provide technical support, replacement parts, repair or a replacement machine.
Refunds will only be considered where a repair or replacement is not possible or another appropriate remedy cannot be agreed.
Returns Authorisation
Before returning any product, please contact CoolBlast to obtain a Returns Authorisation.
Products returned without prior authorisation may be refused or returned to the sender.
Return Condition
Returned products should be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Where the customer arranges transport, they remain responsible for any transit damage caused by inadequate packaging. Similar provisions are common in commercial returns policies.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers should follow all operating instructions, maintenance schedules and troubleshooting advice supplied with the equipment. Damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, modification or use outside the manufacturer's specifications is not covered by the warranty.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoolBlast shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss including, but not limited to, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of production or loss of opportunity arising from the use of, or inability to use, any product supplied.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
