12-Month Warranty
All products sold by CoolBlast come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

• During this period, faulty goods will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

• If a repair or replacement is not possible, we may offer a refund.

• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or consumables (such as blasting media).

• Any warranty claim must be supported by proof of purchase.

No Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns if you’ve simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer need the product.

How to Make a Claim

1. Contact us at info@coolblast.co.uk or 0330 127 2173 with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.

2. We may request photos or videos to help assess the problem.

3. If a warranty claim is approved, we’ll arrange a return, repair, or replacement.

4. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

This warranty is provided in addition to your legal rights under UK consumer law.
