Efficient, reliable and cost-effective — recycle blasting abrasives and cut operating costs.

The Applied Classic Grit Recovery System is a highly efficient air-operated abrasive recovery system, supplied complete with the Applied DE 660 Dust Extractor. Together they provide a full solution for the rapid recovery, cleaning and recycling of blasting media. Using compressed air, the system lifts spent abrasive from the blast room floor, separates out dust and fine particles in the extractor, and returns cleaned abrasive directly back to the blast machine.

Capable of recovering up to 1,000 kg of abrasive per hour, it’s a low-cost alternative to full-floor mechanical recovery and can be fitted to both new and existing blast rooms. Recycling abrasive significantly reduces media costs, waste disposal and dust levels in the workplace.
